Terms & Conditions

Produce Collection Arrangements

  • Quantities to be ordered by weight (kg) or by number (ie. per piece), according to the order form. (We will fill in the price column as we weigh up your produce).

  • Order forms to be returned ASAP, before Saturday 9.00 am at latest (see email address below).

  • We will try to supply quantities as requested, but customers should be aware that it is not always possible to provide number ordered, and weight may be an approximation.

  • Likewise, we cannot guarantee that all the items listed on the order form will be available, particularly during the Corvid-19 outbreak when supplies are likely to be disrupted at short notice.

  • If an item is not available we will substitute with something similar where we can.

  • Prices given will be as accurate as possible but occasionally may be subject to slight changes.

  • Order collection as below, but times and/or locations may be subject to change at short notice.

We may be able to offer other times for pick-up, depending on demand.

St Giles Farm at Godshill, SP5 2LE – Wednesdays, 10 to 11 am.

Ringwood Waldorf School car park (BN24 2NN, on lane to Lantern) – Wednesdays, 4.30 to 5.00

  • Please transfer your goods into your own box or baskets if possible, so our boxes can be re-used.

  • The balance to be paid either by card/cash when you collect your order, or by bank transfer on the day of collection to: C Weis and E Cormack,  08-93-00,  79183233

For hygiene reasons we prefer payment by bank transfer or contactless card where possible.

  • We follow all hygiene measures recommended by NHS to reduce cross-infection of Corvid-19 virus, including frequent hand-washing and sanitising of surfaces (including card reader between uses) and keeping our distance from customers at pick-up times.

  • Should your order not be collected and no delivery arranged, the balance is still payable.

  • If you are unable to collect your order because you are self-isolating, please let us know and we will try to deliver or arrange for someone to drop off at your home.
